We met in March of 2023 and immediately knew we had something special. Our first date was at Emmy Squared pizza — and we've been eating well together ever since.

Both from Ohio, there was something immediately comfortable and familiar about being together. It didn't take long before we decided the Upper East Side to Astoria commute was too much, and moved in together. Since then, we've been proudly raising a house full of plants, seeing as much theatre as possible — usually at least two shows a month — and staying crafty and active together any chance we get.

Ours is a uniquely New York love story. We fell in love doing things you can really only do here — the theatre, the museums, the restaurants, the culture. This city changed our lives and made us who we are, together.
